Summit Centre was the first development to proceed with permitting in the Summit neighborhood of Pierce County, along Canyon Road, south of Highway 512.  The neighborhood was rezoned by County Council immediately prior to Vector’s submittal for entitlements, which caused Vector to help Pierce County analyze off-site storm discharge solutions to accommodate development in the neighborhood. Summit Centre, a 92,000 square foot, Class-A building will delivery in 4Q 2023 and has the flexibility to lease to up to four users.
