Emerald Logistics is a newly development, speculative, 192,000 square foot state-of-the-art industrial facility located in the high demand neighborhood of Auburn, WA. This six parcel assemblage required salmon bearing stream relocations, permitting through the US Army Corps, Department of Fish and Wildlife, Department of Ecology, Muckleshoot Indian Tribe and the City of Auburn before starting construction in 2Q 2023. Completion is scheduled for 1Q 2024.
