Alpental Logistics is the first modern industrial building to be developed in North Bend’s history. This speculative 115,000 square foot building has fantastic access off I-90 via a full-diamond interchange with easy routing to the Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma. Industrial land along the I-90 corridor is very challenging to come by, and Vector is proud to have this project under construction in 2023 with a 1Q 2024 delivery.
