Freeman Logistics has been a successful journey and guiding example of how the development community and municipalities can work together to solve development challenges, while helping solve critical environmental concerns. Vector started assembling the 20 acres in early 2020, which ended up being 13 land sellers and 15 parcels. Vector successfully navigated the project through a comprehensive plan change and rezone in the City of Puyallup, and continues to work diligently with the City of Puyallup, City of Fife and the Puyallup Tribe for entitlements and building permits. Scheduled construction start is 3Q 2023 with a completion of 2Q 2024.
