Fennel Creek Phase I was a build-to-suit project for Teeter, a locally based exercise design, manufacturing and distribution company moving to Bonney Lake, WA from nearby Puyallup. Teeter needed space a new warehouse with exceptional office space and ample room for growth, which this project provided.
