American Lake Logistics was a land assemblage consisting of five landowners and six parcels which was needed for the 158,000 square foot speculative industrial development. The building neighbors strong industrial users in the popular Woodbrook neighborhood of Lakewood, WA, adjacent to the JBLM military base. The project is fully leased and owned by its original ownership entity.
